Start planning your residential volunteering placement

To sign up and book your volunteering placement, all you need to do is complete our short registration form. This form is slightly different depending on if you’re a new or returning volunteer — please select accordingly below. References and availability

As part of the booking process you will need to provide the contact information for two references. Please also tell us your preferred dates and availability to volunteer.

Background checks

All volunteers from the UK will need an enhanced DBS (Disclosure Barring Service) check which must cover an Adult Workforce before they can volunteer. We will go through this process with you after you have applied. This can take 4-6 weeks to process so please bear this in mind when choosing your dates to volunteer with us.

If you live outside of the UK within the EEA, we will require an official, original ‘Certificate of Good Conduct’ from the national Police agency of your home country. This should give details of any previous criminal convictions including those considered spent and must be translated into English.
